There are two seperate fees for our service:

The Response Fee: $425

The Recovery Fee: $100 (When/If Lost Pet is Successfully located via drone)

Standard Drone Recovery services include up to 2 hours of searching time. Time requests exceeding 2 hours will be charged an additional rate of $100.00 per hour.

Standard Drone Recovery Services are provided within 25 miles of Florida Pet Recovery. Locations further than 25 miles will be charged $2.50 per mile one way.

Florida Pet Recovery (FPR) will provide Drone Recovery Services to the customer. FPR’s role is to locate the lost pet via drone. Although help may be offered, FPR is not responsible for physically recovering the animal after the animal has been located with the drone. FPR will provide exact coordinates to the location of the animal and keep an aerial eye on the animal however, it is the customer’s responsibility to physically recover the animal.

FPR strives to provide excellent customer service and do everything in our ability to attempt to locate your lost animal or pet. A successful recovery is just as important to FPR as it is to the customer. Our Thermal Drone can only locate lost animals outside. Our thermal drone technology cannot see through buildings or under objects. If someone has taken your pet inside their home, sadly we will not be able to locate them. If your pet is outside walking around in the area, there is a very high chance we CAN locate your lost animal. All flights are tracked and recorded so the customer can see everywhere FGR has flown the drone and searched for the lost animal.

*Lost Pet Recovery calls can be difficult depending on the response location and type of pet. Dogs can travel a large distance quickly which can cause searching to take a longer amount of time. Cats have a tendency to stay closer to their home or lost location and can be found much quicker with the thermal drone.
